Meaghan Decker, LICSW, PMH-C

Meg Decker is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in perinatal and reproductive mental health. She works with individuals navigating the many emotional challenges that can arise throughout the reproductive journey, including fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the identity shifts that often accompany parenthood and reproductive decision-making. Meg has obtained extensive training in perinatal mental health with additional specialized trainings Perinatal Interpersonal Psychotherapy and a postgraduate course in fertility counseling.

Meg earned her Master’s in Social Work from Wheelock College in 2013. She holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and has completed additional advanced training in fertility counseling through the Fertility Counseling Postgraduate Course. Her clinical approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy, with a special interest in narrative therapy. She supports clients in exploring the meaning of their experiences, reconnecting with their values, and finding their voice during times of transition.

Meg brings warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the stories her clients carry. She creates a space where individuals can reflect, process, and heal—whether they’re trying to conceive, adjusting to parenthood, coping with loss, or making difficult reproductive choices.
