Full time or Part time Therapist

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide mental health counseling to clients through evidence-based interventions, with a focus on strengths-based and trauma-informed care

• Create and implement care plans based on unique client needs

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client treatment plans and progress

• Keep abreast of the latest perinatal and trauma specific interventions through training and consultation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care providers in the community involved in a client’s care to create well-rounded and individualized support plans

Experience: 

• Previous experience in counseling or therapeutic settings

• Training and knowledge in varying therapeutic modalities/approaches such as CBT, DBT, Attachment, Psychodynamic, EMDR, IFS, CPT, IPT etc. 

• Exposure to working with the perinatal/maternal population and knowledge of the unique challenges associated with this client population

• Experience working with anxiety disorders, providing crisis intervention support, trauma support, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, mental health, or a related field

• Currently licensed as an independent practitioner (LICSW, LMH, LPC, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and ethical decision making

Compensation: $65-$80 per client hour dependent on level of experience/license
